As you may have noticed, we also offer a small percentage of plastic items. In order to continue to work together with vision and love for the world, we offer the purchase of plastic items that are no longer good for you. So far, we haven’t created enough money to do it differently. To take responsibility, we offer the purchase of our products that are 30% + plastics, and subsequent recycling or donation to other people. We’ll buy plastic products after 2 years at a price determined by us.

Each product you see in our catalog is made on-demand, which means once you place the order,  we start working to get it to you. It takes time for us to create and send out the product, but  making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. Our clothing is printed with the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method. The printing tech we use  is made with sustainability in mind, and our Kornit printers use almost zero wastewater and less  energy than standard industry printers, lowering our carbon footprint. The inks we use for printing are vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals. Diverzy takes sustainability seriously, that’s why we take care to dispose of any left-over ink  according to the ink supplier guidelines.

Each product you see in our catalog is made on-demand—once you place an order, we produce  it specifically for you. This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste, and we’re  continuously working toward greener production.

Sustainability is important to Diverzy. We’re getting greener every step of the way, while still providing you the quality products you deserve. Around 85% of all textiles produced by the fashion industry end up in landfills, making it a major contributor to environmental damage. What’s more, one in every five items produced by the fashion industry reach landfills without being worn even once. As Diverzy works with on-demand suppliers, we only produce items we get an order for, avoiding textile waste from overproduction. Our printing partner’s high-quality printing tech creates almost no wastewaters and uses less energy than standard industry printers.

Print-on-demand is a more sustainable approach to fashion production as we customize the product only when a customer has already made an order. There’s no leftover stock and this way we’re producing less waste than traditional apparel manufacturing. We use printing equipment that’s energy-efficient and saves water in the process.

The Dreamers non-profit organisation was created so that we can return 2,2% of each transaction to people and the planet from all our companies and projects, that is, whenever our company sends money, we will pay the given one percent to the Dreamers non-profit organisation. So, everyone that buys from us also supports the world.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@diverzy.space e with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
    ● Europe: 6–8 business days
    ● Australia: 2–14 business days
    ● Japan: 4–8 business days
    ● International: 10–20 business days

[Covid-19] When will I get my order? Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. It’s difficult to predict the shipping times

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@diverzy.space within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@diverzy.space within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@diverzy.space with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@diverzy.space
